I’m incredibly proud and excited to join Immersive at such a pivotal time in the company’s journey from a small, scrappy team out of a shipping container (Container 7 to be precise!) in Bristol eight years ago to the global leader in people-cybersecurity that it is today, serving some of the world’s largest and best-known organizations. It's clear that Immersive has accomplished a great deal and is truly disrupting the cybersecurity space. I see a huge opportunity to help even more customers all over the world be ready for cyber threats. 

As Founder and Chief Innovation Officer James Hadley noted in his blog last week, the momentum here is palpable. It’s part of what drew me to Immersive, as well as the company's innovative approach, exceptional team, and impressive customer base. With rising cybersecurity threats and more pressure than ever for organizations to prove their teams have what it takes to confront them, the value of Immersive’s approach is clear. 

Proving and improving cyber resilience will be crucial for confronting the challenges of today and tomorrow, and that is our obsession.

‍My Focus and What’s to Come

My focus as CEO is to build on the strong foundation that the team has created and help more organizations thrive in a disruptive world. With over 25 years of experience in the enterprise software market, I’ve learned that success comes from a relentless focus on customer needs, and I intend to bring that focus to everything we do at Immersive.

I'm excited to work with James and the team to accelerate our focus on building new capabilities that help businesses and government organizations achieve their cyber goals, protecting revenues and reputations.  

Immersive is blazing the future of cyber readiness.  I'm honored to lead this company into its next chapter, and I'm confident that, together, we will achieve great things.
